The project consisted in the construction of a reinforced concrete structure and their finishes including the technical facilities, with a construction area of 27 000 m², divided by 3 floors for the parking of the Oran Ahmed Bem Bella Airport.

This airport is located in the municipality of Es Senia, 12km south of Oran, the second largest city in the country and the second largest airport in Algeria. It is an international civil airport with two landing stripes. It has a capacity of 800,000 passengers per year with about 14,000 aircraft movements annually.
