Located on the seafront in an area known as Moretti, in the western suburbs of Algiers, this major project includes the execution of a touristic and real estate complex executed in phases. This project consists of the construction of 4 apartment towers with 26 floors, offices, polyclinic, shopping center, hotel, fitness center and marina.

The work carried out by FCM consisted in the execution of the reinforced concrete structure of 3 towers.
