FCM - Construções S.A. is the winner of two contracts corresponding to the completion of a set of apartments in the building above Forum Barreiro. These are the 17 and 21 fractional completion contracts, with adjudicated amounts of € 0.85 M and € 1.6 M respectively.

The customer in question is MILLENNIUM BCP, which has bet on FCM as a partner for these contracts, already valuing its experience in General Contracts and in rehabilitation / finishing works.

The activities inherent to these works now executed by FCM, are focus on construction finishes, kitchen facilities, sanitary facilities, as well as all infrastructure networks such as electrical, water and sewage networks, air conditioning, ventilation and gas network.

Each of the contracts has a deadline of 4 months, and FCM has a bold objective, which is very demanding in terms of coordination of the various actors in the Work, on its various fronts.

The Contracts are already in good rhythm, and FCM is demonstrating ability to meet deadlines and make the partnership with a privileged customer such as MILLENIUM BCP, a successful union for present and future.
