The Louredo viaduct, including the Douro Litoral concession, is composed of two independent decks 0.15 m apart and 510 m in length each. The independent decks are executed in 44 m-long spans with a bridge launching formwork system totaling 22 spans.
The pillars are composed of a constant transversal section derived of an “I”, with heights between 2.00 m and 24.00 m. At the top of the pillar is a capital with a constant height of 7.00 m that allows supporting the beams of the decks.
