Turnkey general contracting, including foundations, reinforced concrete structure, finishing and special installations. The building, with 2 floors, is designed to a nursery and a kindergarten for children from 0 to 5/6 years old. The project included the execution of masonry in thermal blocks, drywall with acoustic insulation, waterproofing, coating with "Azulino de Cascais" stone, vinyl, rubber flooring, ceramic and ETICS system.

It also included PVC frames with thermal cut and double glazing, aluminum and blinds in PVC, guards and guards rails made of tempered glass with stainless steel spiders and carpentry in varnished oak wood.
