Thus, when we refer to FCM in this Policy, we are referring to companies in which FCM has a legal interest, or any of its directors, as designated above.
The purpose of this Policy is to provide you with the general rules for the processing of personal data, which are collected and processed in strict compliance with and compliance with the provisions of the personal data protection legislation in force at all times, namely the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 ("GDPR").

MEANING OF PERSONAL DATA
"Personal data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (data subject), including the name, e-mail address, postal address, title, date of birth, gender, location, identifiers by electronic means or to one or more specific elements of their physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.
TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA
FCM, in the scope of its activities, processes the personal data necessary for the provision of services and/or products, treating data such as name, address, telephone number and e-mail address, according to information more detailed information available to the holders of personal data.
Without prejudice to compliance with legal rules regarding the preservation and transmission of data for the purposes of investigation, detection, prosecution of serious crimes, as well as other treatments to which it is legally obliged, traffic data, geographical location, profile and/or consumption FCM, in so far as they are necessary for the respective provision of services.
In the event of prior consent, it may be withdrawn at any time, without however the lawfulness of the treatment made on the basis of the prior consent given is compromised.
PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA
In general, the personal data collected are based on the management of the contractual relationship, the provision of contracted services, the suitability of the services to the needs and interests that we may have with you, namely for the purpose of accessing specific services features to lend.

TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA

Third parties who, in the context of the provision of services, process personal data in the name and on behalf of FCM, are obliged, in writing, to carry out adequate technical and security measures that at all times meet the requirements in the legislation in force and ensure the protection of the rights of the data subject. The provision of certain services by FCM may involve the transfer of your data outside Portugal, including outside the European Union or to International Organizations. In any case, FCM remains responsible for the personal data made available to it.
Without prejudice to the addressees indicated throughout this document, FCM may communicate personal data for the purpose of complying with legal obligations, in particular to police, judicial, tax and regulatory entities.

PERIOD OF TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA
The period of time for which personal data are stored and maintained varies with the purpose for which the information is treated.
Effectively, there are legal requirements that require you to retain the data for a minimum period of time. Thus, and whenever there is no specific legal requirement, the data will be stored and kept only for the minimum period necessary for the pursuit of the purposes that led to its collection or subsequent processing, under the terms defined by law.
RIGHTS OF PERSONAL DATA HOLDERS
As holders of personal data, you are guaranteed, at any time, the right to access, rectify, update, limit, erase, oppose the processing of your data (except when data are indispensable for the provision of services by properly identified FCM at the time of the employment or professional relationship, being of mandatory supply, or indispensable to the fulfillment of legal obligations), and the withdrawal of consent, without this compromising the lawfulness of the treatment effected under this consent, as well as the right to portability of data. You can exercise your rights directly or by request in writing.
