Herdade Monteverde - Golf & Living, in Seixal, is located in a natural reserve and only 19km away from Lisbon.

It is a private condominium with security 24h a day with a residential area with 86 4BR detached houses, 71 townhouses from 1BR to 4BR and 198 apartments from studio to 3BR with gardens, terraces and balconies always with views to the “Herdade”, in connection with nature. All residential areas are located on the two central hills of the property, ensuring tranquility and immersion in nature.

Beyond the housing, there will also be:

The FCM contract includes the general execution of 14 terraced houses. They are 3 groups of terraced houses, two with 4 villas and 1 with 6 villas. These 3 groups are integrated in a block that, with another 6 terraced houses (in execution) make the setting for a landscaped patio.

The architecture of the terraced houses consists of anular roofing tile, alternated with terraces, with deep balconies that allow to extend the living space of the villa at the level of the first floor and a good relation with the outside environment.

The façades are lined with artificial schist stone, alternated with painted mortar and aluminum frames with thermal cut.

The interior of the terraced houses incorporates constructive and architectural solutions that allow to satisfy the legal requirements of thermal and acoustic behavior, including solutions of finishes with mosaics of “Porcelanosa” and “Margrês”.

For the building's energy sustainability the heating of sanitary waters and kitchens is done through solar collectors placed on the roof with reinforcement by gas boiler.
